  1. What causes ants to come into the house? - Answer: Ants are always foraging, looking for a food source. They travel everywhere and build nests or live close to where they easily find food

  3. What is the difference between an ant and a termite? Answer: Ants have distinct segments on their bodies or a pinched waist, termites do not. Ants are usually easily seen, Termites live most of their life in the dark. Oklahoma is a high infestation area for termites.

  4. Do ants bite?... Answer: Some ants can sting, bite but very few are harmful. It is best not to handle them.

  5. What different types of ants will I find in my area? Answer: Pavement ants, odorous house ants, pharaoh ants, field ants, carpenter ants and little black ants are most found in the Broken Arrow, Tulsa, Jenks and the Bixby, Oklahoma area

  6. What are the signs to look for with an ant infestation" Answer: Sand piles, ant trails, sawdust or accumulating debris.

  7. How would you apply your products to control my infestation? Answer: Methods differ with the type of ant and location of the nest. An inspection should precede the treatment if it's the first treatment being performed. Typically a barrier is placed around the perimeter of the property but all circumstances are different and the structure type must be taken into consideration.
