So, is an ODAFF1 Report alway's required of a lender?  NO but even if not required it is a good idea to get this inspection done when purchasing a home.

What does a ODAFF1 report cover?  All visible areas of the home and accessible areas. Areas that are locked or have clutter, low crawl spaces and other areas are exempted from the report.

An ODAFF1 Report is not a Nuisance Wildlife Report and does not show damages from wildlife animals or if wildlife animals are living in the home or structure.

How soon do I get the Termite Inspection Report?  All ODAFF1 Inspections will be done at time of service and emailed immediately to the purchaser of the report and all parties the buyer requests the report be sent to.

If the owner/seller has kept up the warranty then the termite company that did the treatment will usually provide the clear termite certificate.
